HPC C-Frame Hydraulic Press

The HPC C-frame hydraulic press from EBR METAL is a gap frame hydraulic press with an open front. The operator works straight into the die area, with pressure and stroke set on a PLC touchscreen. Typical jobs are forming, assembly and press-fit work.

Six standard models cover 40 to 200 tonnes with throat depths from 250 to 375 mm. Every press is configured to the customer’s work, and larger sizes are built on request.

HPC Design

The C-frame is welded steel construction with a single main cylinder above the table. The open front leaves the die area free for loading and die changes, and the throat depth grows with capacity from 250 to 375 mm.

Working pressure is set to the job and the stroke adjusts without steps. Welding is certified, and precision parts are robot-welded.
