HPHC H-Frame Hydraulic Press

The HPHC H-frame hydraulic press from EBR METAL is an industrial hydraulic press for forming and assembly at 100 and 150 tonnes, with manual pressure and stroke setting and two-hand control.

Four standard models cover working widths of 1,020 and 1,520 mm, and the 1,520 mm models get a second main piston.

HPHC Design

The ram table runs in a prismatic, maintenance-free slide system on both sides of the H-frame. On the 1,520 mm models two main pistons act on the wider table.

Pressure and stroke are set by hand, and a manometer shows the working pressure. There is no PLC. Sheet covers at the rear and sides protect the operator.

Choosing the HPHC H-Frame Hydraulic Press

The HPHC suits production pressing and forming at 100 or 150 tonnes where simple manual setting is preferred. Pick the model by part width and required force. Higher tonnages and PLC control are covered by the HPHS H-frame press, which is also built double-action. On the HPHC, a cushion cylinder in the bed is available as an option. If you need a universal frame with a height-adjustable bottom table and optional press-brake tooling, see the HPT universal press.

Typical industries: automotive parts, agricultural machinery, machinery manufacturing and steel construction.
