PBH 4V 4-Roll Profile Bending Machine
The PBH 4V is a 4-roll profile bending machine for tube, pipe, flat bar, angle, channel and beams. The bottom and side rolls move up and down hydraulically, so the operator can hold the section, pre-bend its ends and roll the curve without taking the part out of the machine.
Three sizes: PBH 4V 70, 90 and 110. On all three the top and bottom rolls are driven through planetary reducers and the side rolls run free. All three work in the horizontal and the vertical position.

• 4 rolls • top and bottom rolls driven • Shafts Ø70–110 mm • Up to UPN 180 / IPN 180 • Horizontal and vertical working

PBH 4V Design
The PBH 4V has a welded steel frame with four rolls. The shafts are made of high-tensile special steel, hardened and ground, and the rolls are hardened. A standard set of four rolls comes with the machine.
- Drive: the top and bottom rolls are driven through planetary reducers, by an electric motor on the PBH 4V 70 and by hydraulic motors on the 90 and 110. The two side rolls are idle.
- Roll movement: the bottom and side rolls move up and down hydraulically.
- Guide rolls: 1+1 axis on the PBH 4V 70, 3+3 axis on the PBH 4V 90 and 110. On the 110 the 3-axis guide rolls are hydraulic as standard.
- Control: a mobile control panel. With the optional NC control the machine learns a bend in teach mode: the operator bends the part once, the machine records each step, and it repeats the same bend whenever the program is called up.
The wide distance between the side rolls lets the machine reach larger diameters. The part stays clamped while both ends are pre-bent in one setup.

Choosing the PBH 4V 4-Roll Profile Bending Machine
Choose a 4-roll profile bending machine when you bend the same parts in series, need short straight ends, or handle long, heavy sections that are hard to turn around. For one-off work and the widest size range, the 3-roll PBH angle roll machine is the simpler choice and reaches HEA/HEB beams on its largest models.
- PBH 4V 70: light structural and architectural work, rings for lighting fixtures.
- PBH 4V 90: general fabrication up to UPN 140 and IPN 120.
- PBH 4V 110: heavier sections up to UPN 180, IPN 180 and Ø125 × 2.5 mm tube.

Request a Quote for the PBH 4V
For each part, send the material, the section type and size, the wall thickness and the smallest inside diameter you need. Add the orientation and the batch size. We will confirm whether a PBH 4V or a 3-roll PBH suits the job and which roll sets you need.
Frequently Asked Questions About PBH 4V
What is the advantage of a 4-roll angle roll?
The extra roll holds the section while the ends are pre-bent, so the part does not have to be taken out and turned around. Straight ends are shorter and repeated parts take less handling.
Which rolls are driven on the PBH 4V?
The top and bottom rolls, through planetary reducers. The two side rolls run free and are positioned hydraulically.
Can the PBH 4V be automated?
Yes. With the optional NC control in teach mode, the machine records a bend made by the operator and repeats it when the program is called up. An additional hydraulic motor can also be fitted.
Which roll set comes with the machine?
One standard set of four rolls, for flat bar, square bar, channel and T-sections. Rolls for tube, pipe, round bar, angle and IPN beams are optional, and a mechanical stairway bending attachment is available.
