The EPBM-ECO Package
EPBM-ECO packages the axes, control unit and equipment that CNC bending needs into one standard configuration, without the motorized crowning and full-size guarding carried as standard on EPBM-PRO. It is the more economical, value-oriented ready CNC configuration for applications that do not require PRO equipment as standard.

EPBM-ECO hydraulic press brakes 3-axis standard configuration handles a wide range of sheet-metal bends within its 40–220 ton range. Applications can include Z-shaped bends, parts with double bends on all four sides and common multi-bend components, provided the part’s geometry, stroke, throat depth and tooling requirements suit the standard configuration. Not every part suits every configuration. Complex or multi-bend parts are best confirmed with a technical drawing before ordering.

To size and quote an EPBM-ECO, EBR METAL needs the material type, maximum material thickness, maximum bending width/length, and a technical drawing for complex or multi-bend parts. This lets EBR METAL recommend the machine along with the appropriate upper punch and lower die. Let EBR METAL know if the R-axis, motorized crowning, extra backgauge fingers or the CE Package should be included.
When to Choose EPBM-ECO CNC Press Brake
EPBM-ECO fits shops that want CNC-controlled bending within a 40–220 ton range and don’t need motorized crowning or a 4th axis included as standard.
