HPT Universal T-Slot Hydraulic Press
The HPT universal T-slot hydraulic press from EBR METAL has T-slot top and bottom tables for direct die mounting. Its welded steel frame carries a guide piston on each side, and the bottom table can be raised and lowered.
Four standard models cover 100 and 150 tonnes, with a working width of 1,020 or 1,520 mm and a 300 mm stroke. Other sizes and configurations are built to order.

HPT Design
Dies are clamped directly in the T-slots of the top and bottom tables. Two guide pistons, one on each side, run with the ram. The bottom table is adjustable and has a table raising and lowering attachment, so the daylight can be matched to the tooling.
The operator sets the working pressure with the adjustable pressure valve and reads it on the manometer. The stroke is adjusted steplessly by limit switch. Two-hand control is standard.

Choosing the HPT Universal T-Slot Hydraulic Press
The HPT suits small and medium workshops that run simple die work in low volumes, where a production press such as the HPHS or HPS would be more than the job needs. The die is clamped in the T-slot tables. Simple bending is possible with the optional blade holder and suitable bending tooling.
