The EPBM-PRO Package
EPBM-PRO packages the R-axis, motorized crowning and full-size guarding as standard, on a Cybelec Touch 12 control unit, so a buyer whose bending work already needs these does not have to add them as separate options. Crowning compensation across the bend length is available from the machine as delivered.

EPBM-PRO hydraulic press brakes 4-axis standard configuration and motorized crowning suit sheet-metal parts that benefit from consistent crowning compensation across the 100–320 ton range. Applications can include Z-shaped bends, parts with double bends on all four sides and multi-bend components, provided the part’s geometry, stroke, throat depth and tooling requirements suit the standard configuration. Complex or multi-bend parts are best confirmed with a technical drawing before ordering.
Preparing a Quotation
To size and quote an EPBM-PRO, EBR METAL needs the material type, maximum material thickness, maximum bending width/length, and a technical drawing for complex or multi-bend parts. This lets EBR METAL recommend the machine along with the appropriate upper punch and lower die. Let EBR METAL know if extended backgauge axes, extra backgauge fingers or the CE Package should be included.
When to Choose EPBM-PRO CNC Press Brake
EPBM-PRO fits shops whose required axes, motorized crowning, guarding and control needs are covered by its standard configuration, within a 100–320 ton range. If your work stays within EPBM-ECO’s 3-axis, 40–220 ton range and doesn’t need standard crowning, EPBM-ECO is the more economical configuration.
