MRM Asymmetrical 3-Roll Plate Bending Machine
The MRM asymmetrical 3-roll plate bending machine from EBR METAL has spheroid cast-iron frames. A single gearbox drives the top and bottom rolls, and the operator works from a mobile foot-pedal control panel.
A conical bending device is standard. The range has 10 models with useful lengths from 1,050 to 2,550 mm and bending capacities from 2 to 5 mm.

MRM Design
A single gearbox and gear system drive the top and bottom rolls, and a brake motor gives precise bending. The top roll opens by hand to release the finished part, and a top roll support system holds it during work.
Wire grooves of 4, 7, 9 and 13 mm at the roll ends allow wire rolling.

Choosing the MRM
The MRM is the cast-iron asymmetrical model in the range. Typical work includes ventilation ducts and parts, light cylindrical parts and machinery bodies, depending on thickness, working length and diameter within its 2–5 mm capacity.
