HPR Design
The workpiece rests on the V-blocks while the operator brings the ram down with the joystick, stopping it at any point of the stroke so that force is applied in small, controlled steps. A relief valve guards against overload. The manometer shows the working pressure.
The bottom tables are height-adjustable. On the heavier HPR-K, the cylinder travels along the workpiece on a pinion and rack, and HPR and HPR-W can be fitted with a moving cylinder on ball bearings as an option. A table raising and lowering attachment is fitted as standard.

Choosing the HPR Hydraulic Straightening Press
The HPR is for straightening shafts, bars and plates on V-blocks, with stop-at-any-position control. General workshop pressing, with a standard hand pump and manual cylinder movement from 30 t, is the job of the HPA. For sheet bending with blades and a prism, see the HPG.
Typical industries: automotive parts, railway and heavy-equipment maintenance, steel construction and shipbuilding.
Request a Quote for the HPR
Send us the workpiece type (shaft, bar or plate), its material, diameter or cross-section and length, and the required press force. Add a drawing or a photo of the part if you have one, and we will propose a model and configuration.
Frequently Asked Questions About HPR
What is the difference between HPR, HPR-W and HPR-K?
Standard HPR models have working widths of 775 to 1,070 mm, and the wide HPR-W has 1,570 mm. HPR-K is the heavier series, with 1,570 or 1,900 mm width and rack-and-pinion cylinder movement.
Can the cylinder move along the workpiece?
Yes. The HPR-K cylinder runs on a pinion and rack as standard, and HPR and HPR-W can have a moving cylinder on ball bearings as an option.
Is a hand pump available?
Yes, as an option on all sizes except 200 t.
How is the HPR protected against overload?
A relief valve limits the pressure, and the manometer shows the working pressure.
